It’s table-topping, unbeaten Mitcham vs second place Woodmansterne. It’s the Clash of the Titans. Its Goliath versus another Goliath. It’s the match that could decide who finishes first in the Fullers Brewery Surrey County League 1st XI Division 2. They simply don’t come any bigger than this.

It’ll be standing room only at Mitcham Cricket Green (bring your own chairs). A bumper crowd anticipated to be in excess of 30 (including the players) is expected. The Green has never seen anything like it since last week’s Ladies Festival.

The bar is being stocked, the teas are being microwaved and the balls are being sandpapered.
