The Mayor's Charity Cricket Match sees a team of our elected Councillors go into bat on our famous green in a one-off fundraiser for the Mayor's 2019 charities. Faith in Action and Macmillan Cancer Support will be the winners as a cross-party team of councillors don their whites for the very first time.

You can be part of the action and help raise money for the good causes. The game starts at 1.30pm. In the pavilion you can buy teas and talk to our volunteers about Mitcham Cricket Club. Juniors can sign up for summer cricket at Mitcham with sessions taking place on Sunday mornings across the summer holidays. You can learn more about the Club's ongoing struggle for a lease on our pavilion to keep cricket alive in Mitcham and our renewed Asset of Community Value status and what that means for the club.
