Since it is a junior size strip, and the boundary is short to one side, hiring will not be made for hard-ball adult cricket. The strip is best suited to, and available for hire, for bookings from schools, children’s groups, for disability cricket, walking cricket and adult softball cricket.

Since this is an artificial surface, players must use training shoes – spikes or studded shoes are not allowed.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment (balls, stumps with base, bats, boundary markers etc), but if you need equipment please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Stumps to be used must be on a base.

You will require your own public liability insurance. If you are booking for a school or for children you will also need to meet safeguarding requirements.

Access to the pavilion will be provided for toilets, and to shelter from the rain in the event that is needed!

You should bring your own drinks.

The hire out cost is only £30/hour, but for a repeat booking we will be happy to reduce this. A small additional charge may be required for other equipment if needed.
